Nismah Saleem has a range of work experience in software engineering. Nismah most recently worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Creative Chaos, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at APIMatic.io from April 2021 to December 2021. Nismah also has experience as a Software Engineer at Diyatech from July 2017 to April 2021. Nismah began their career as an intern at Bentley Systems in June 2016 and later worked as an intern at Quadsource from August 2015 to November 2015.

Nismah Saleem completed their Master's degree in Engineering Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from NUST College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2017. Before higher education, they completed their Matriculation from Joint Staff Public School and College, and obtained their Higher Secondary School Certificate in ICS from Public School and College Jutial Gilgit. Additionally, Nismah has obtained the certification of Code Complete Essentials from Construx Software in April 2021.
