Nisha Naik is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in HR functions, currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Associate at Creative Capsule since November 2018. Nisha has progressively taken on roles within the company, including Human Resource Associate and Human Resource Assistant, where responsibilities involve conducting pre-joining and joining formalities for new employees, managing background verifications, and facilitating orientation sessions. Prior to this, Nisha worked as a Human Resource Executive at Globus Management Services Pvt Ltd, focusing on payroll processing and compliance for multiple locations. Earlier professional experiences include a Human Resource Trainee position at Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, where Nisha managed onboarding tasks, and a Project Assistant role at the National Institute of Oceanography.
