Joanne Molina is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Planner at Creation Technologies since October 2018. In this role, Joanne ensures efficient scheduling, manages inventory levels, and conducts forecast analysis while utilizing various web-based applications such as Oracle and Kinexis Rapid Response. Prior to this position, Joanne held roles including Materials Manager and Planner & Procurement Specialist, where responsibilities included leading teams, optimizing inventory control, and managing procurement processes. Joanne's earlier experience includes a Purchasing and Operations Lead role at DARD Products, an Information Security Coordinator position at Anixter, and serving as an Ammunition Technician in the United States Marine Corps. Joanne holds degrees in Applied Project Management and Project Management from Northeastern Illinois University and Northwestern University. Additionally, Joanne has contributed to the Women Marines Association as a Board of Directors member.
