Ryan started their career as a Private English Tutor, teaching English classes to foreign students of different ages and conducting educational assessments. Ryan then worked as an English Academy Teacher at Ezra Maple Ridge Enterprise Ltd., where they assessed and monitored student progress, created lesson plans, and collaborated with other staff.

Ryan then transitioned to project management roles, first as a Project Manager at SKIO Music, where they utilized technology to streamline the music licensing process and empower artists. Ryan then joined Ayana Technologies Inc as a Lead Project Manager, overseeing project completion.

In 2017, Ryan joined Creation.Space as an Administrative Coordinator, providing high-level support to the founder, coordinating travel schedules, and conducting market research. Ryan later took on the role of Project Manager, managing teams, facilitating project completion, and handling administrative tasks.
