Ricardo Awad is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in site management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Site Manager, Area Construction Manager, and Construction Supervisor at Creation Homes since April 2018, Ricardo has developed leadership skills across multiple roles. Prior experience includes working at Mirvac from March 2014 to February 2018 as a Project Coordinator, Site Administrator, and Building Cadet. Earlier positions at Draycon from January 2009 to February 2014 as a Leading Hand contributed to a solid foundation in construction operations. Academically, Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from Western Sydney University and has also studied architecture at UNSW and TAFE NSW, emphasizing a comprehensive understanding of both construction management and architectural principles.
