Olha Kurochkina's work experience begins with their role as a Support Operator at Creatio in November 2020. Olha then transitioned to the position of Customer Success Manager in July 2021, where they currently work. Prior to their time at Creatio, Olha worked at Vodafone Retail Ukraine as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2018 to May 2019. Olha later became a Store Administrator from June 2019 until their departure in November 2020.

Olha Kurochkina earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from the NUI "Kiev Polytechnic Institute named after I. Sikorsky" in the years 2013-2017.
