Nataliia Subotenko has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nataliia currently holds the position of Head of Contract Management at Creatio, starting in May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Terrasoft Ukraine from May 2018 to May 2022, first as a Senior Controller (Team Lead) and later as a Contract Manager. Nataliia'sresponsibilities at Terrasoft Ukraine included managing partner agreements, ensuring compliance with partnership programs, preparing reports for partners, resolving disputes, and handling partner payments.

Before joining Terrasoft Ukraine, Nataliia worked at PAO "PUMB" from August 2015 to May 2018 as a Leading Specialist in Customer Service for large corporate clients. Prior to that, they were employed at AO "OTP Bank" from August 2013 to July 2015, where they served as an Expert in the Legal Entity Servicing Department and as a Secretary for the Problematic Debts Committee. Nataliia also worked as an Expert in the Business Development and Coordination Department of the Central Regional Directorate from October 2012 to August 2013.

Nataliia's career began at AO "OTP Bank" in April 2006, where they worked as a Leading Specialist in the Information Center (Call Centre). In this role, they provided consultations on various banking products, conducted active telephone sales, recruited and trained operators, and developed material and non-material motivation programs for staff.

Overall, Nataliia Subotenko has acquired a range of skills and experiences in contract management, partnership programs, financial auditing, customer service, and team leadership throughout their career.

Nataliia Subotenko completed their education from 2000 to 2006 at Kyiv National Economic University named after V. Hetman. Nataliia obtained a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services.
