Jay Patel has a strong background in finance and business leadership. Jay began their career in 2010 as a Financial Controller at ZUMA Restaurants, where they served until 2016. In 2016, Jay joined Biergarten as a Director of Finance, holding the position until 2017. Later that year, they became the Vice President of Finance at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Jay was the Chief Financial Officer at both C3 by sbe and sbe Lifestyle Hospitality. In 2022, they assumed the role of Chief Business Officer at both companies, demonstrating their continued growth and responsibilities in the business sector.

Jay Patel attended the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in both Finance and Marketing.
