Caroline Ayling has extensive experience in the media and broadcasting sector, currently serving as a New Business Buyer at The Craft Store by Hochanda since September 2015, where responsibilities have included roles such as Buying Account Manager and Gallery Producer. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Live Producer at Create and Craft TV, overseeing the planning and execution of live shows focused on crafting techniques. Caroline's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Producer/Producer at Ideal World Shopping Direct, where duties encompassed preparing multiple live shows daily and ensuring strong editorial output. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Presenter/Producer at Tempo FM Radio and a brief stint at Rhythm magazine in article writing and editing. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from De Montfort University, along with A Levels from St John Fisher & St Aidans Associated 6th Form and a foundation diploma in Radio Production from the London Academy of Film and Television.
