Amy Frist has extensive experience in asset management and property management, currently serving as SVP of Asset Management Development at CREA, LLC since December 2014. Prior roles at CREA include VP of Asset Management - Development, AVP Senior Asset Manager, and Asset Manager. Prior to CREA, Amy worked at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. from March 2010 to December 2014 as a Compliance Supervisor and Compliance Specialist, focusing on monitoring and auditing multiple family developments for regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Property Manager at both Crestline Communities and Van Rooy Properties, where responsibilities included maintaining property rentals and ensuring compliance with tax credit funding regulations.
