Farrah Almufleh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Farrah began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Project Researcher at A.I Investors, where they focused on oil shale development and environmental implications. In 2010, they joined Amandla Communications as an R&D Assistant. Later that same year, they started working at CRDF Global, where they held various positions including Program Assistant, Project Manager, Project & Development Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Farrah then served as the Deputy Director before becoming the Director of Hub Operations in 2023.

From 2016 to 2018, Farrah attended the University of St Andrews, where they pursued an Advanced Certificate in Terrorism Studies for Professionals at The Handa Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence.
In 2013, Farrah enrolled in the Western Forensic Law Enforcement Training Center, where they completed a program in CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive) for First Responders.
In 2012, Farrah studied at the IBC Academy, obtaining a UK DLC (Distance Learning and Continuing Professional Development) certificate in Nuclear Security.
From 2008 to 2010, Farrah pursued a Master's Degree in Diplomatic Studies at the University of Jordan.
Between 2003 and 2007, Farrah earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Jordan, majoring in English Literature and History.
Finally, from 1995 to 2002, Farrah attended the New English School, where they obtained an IGCSE qualification.
