Paulo Mwiru, CAMS, has an extensive work experience in the banking and auditing industry. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Senior Audit Associate at PwC Tanzania. Paulo then joined NCBA Group in 2013 and held the position of Internal Audit Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked for NBC Limited as a Financial Crime Compliance Manager. Most recently, they joined CRDB Bank Plc in 2020 and currently holds the role of Senior Manager Financial crimes Compliance. As of 2023, they have been promoted to the position of Head of Compliance and Governance at CRDB Bank Plc.

Paulo Mwiru, CAMS pursued their Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of commerce in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2007 to 2010.
