Amina Mawona has been working at CRDB Bank Plc since May 2013, starting as a Relationship Manager Consumer Lending and later progressing to the role of Manager Direct Sales. Prior to joining the bank, Amina worked briefly at SUNDA INTERNATIONAL as a Customer Service Officer. Amina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Tumaini University - Iringa College. Amina is dedicated to optimizing sales performance, managing loan portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service.
