Aikande Shoo is an experienced professional in data analytics and auditing, currently serving as a Manager in Data Analytics & Audits and Audit Manager for Quality Assurance at CRDB Bank Plc since March 2020. Prior to this, Aikande held the position of Manager for IS Audit and Fraud Investigation at the Higher Education Students Loans Board in Tanzania from May 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included developing the Annual Audit plan and budget for the ICT and Investigation Division. Aikande also worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte from September 2011 to April 2015, leading information system audit assignments and assessing risks in IT infrastructure. Aikande has been a member of ISACA since 2011 and holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Privacy from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Dar-Es-Salaam.
