Sangmuan Hangsing is an experienced professional specializing in content creation and communications. Currently serving as a Content Writer and Editor at CrazyTok, Sangmuan also contributes as a Freelance Contributor for EastMojo and leads outreach and communication efforts for the Saplings Library Project in Manipur, which aims to enhance access to literature in underserved communities. Additionally, Sangmuan holds the position of Head of Marketing Communications at Paperplanes Bookstore and Library and is a Co-Founder and Researcher at Footnotes, a collective focused on fostering critical dialogue on societal issues. Sangmuan has also completed a student internship at Azim Premji University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from Kautilya School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Anthony's College, Shillong.
