Ric Militi is the founder and CEO of Crazy Raccoons, an advertising and marketing agency. Ric has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working with some of the biggest names in entertainment and gaming.
Militi started their career in 1997 as the president of Y2K Communications. Ric then went on to work as a consultant for leading companies in the marketing, media, and event planning industries. In 2000, they became the president of RMO, a radio promotions, events, and destination marketing company.
In 2004, Militi began working as the vice president of marketing for Valley View Casino & Hotel. Ric was responsible for the casino’s advertising, media buying, entertainment, database marketing, Asian marketing, public relations, new media, and visual communication. Ric held this position for eight years before starting Crazy Raccoons in 2012.
Ric Militi went to Taft High School for their education. Ric then went on to California State University, Northridge for their degree in Radio TV & Film. Finally, they completed their education at the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Advertising.
