Ryan Hammer's work experience includes primarily in the agricultural and media industries. From 2023 to the present, they have worked as a Plant Operations Manager at Remington Seeds, overseeing the operations of a soybean and wheat seed conditioning and treating facility.

Prior to this, from 2015 to 2023, Ryan was the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Crazy Horse Hops LLC, where they managed the overall operations of the company.

From 2011 to 2023, Ryan was the Owner of Three Hammers Farms, where they focused on developing new planting, growing, and cultivating practices for small-scale hop farming, as well as handling customer relations and delivery logistics.

Before that, from 2010 to 2016, Ryan worked as a Production Assistant at WISH-TV, and from 2009 to 2012, they were a Manager at The Rose Bowl.

Ryan Hammer attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2005 to 2009. During their time at MTSU, they pursued a degree in Recording Industry Management with a focus on Recording Arts Technology/Technician.
