Roland Schmitt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the digital solutions and software industries, particularly within the beauty and hairstyling sectors. As CEO of CM BEAUTE from October 2022 to March 2024, Roland led initiatives in digital solutions for beauty and hairstyling. Prior to this role, Roland founded and served as CEO of LEMONSOFT from October 2013 to October 2022, specializing in the implementation and distribution of software tailored for salons and beauty institutes, leveraging a strong digital strategy. Additional experience includes roles in web marketing at SUP'DE COM, project management at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, and SAP project management at UNICOPA. Roland holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Development Software from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
