Aleh Padbiarezski is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in data platforms architecture and engineering, particularly on Azure Cloud, AI/ML solutions, and business intelligence data products. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Crayon since December 2023, Aleh previously worked at EPAM Systems from January 2013 to December 2023, where roles included Data Solution Architect and Solution Architect, focusing on various data technologies and governance. Aleh's career began at VPIsystems as a system integrator and developer, with prior development experience in telecommunications and optical networking at UIIP NAS Belarus and Belprog.
