Angela Baakko has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Currently, they are a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Crayon, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Daniel Group as a Sr. Client Success Manager from December 2012 to August 2022. In this role, they managed post-sales relationships for clients in different industries and supervised a team of 20+ Research Analysts. Before joining The Daniel Group, Angela worked as a Membership Director (Volunteer Position) at Levine Cardiac Kids from January 2008 to September 2012. Angela'sresponsibilities included maintaining the membership database, coordinating care packages for families, recruiting volunteers, and providing support to families during medical procedures.
Earlier in their career, Angela worked as an Independent Contractor in Mystery Shopping from July 2001 to December 2007. Angela also worked as an Account Representative for GM Truck Group at Modern Engineering from October 1999 to January 2001 and as a Human Resources Representative at Meritor Automotive (now Arvin Meritor) from January 1998 to October 1999. Angela started their career as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Bryant Bureau from March 1997 to January 1998.
Angela Baakko obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from Oakland University from 1993 to 1997. Angela also received additional certifications, such as becoming a Certified Accelerator, Activator, and Architect of Competitive Intelligence from Crayon in September 2022 and February 2023, respectively. Additionally, Angela obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in December 2022.
