Turhan Oruc has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1989, they worked as a Development Hardware & Software engineer at Fela in Thundorf (CH). Turhan then joined Computer Gesellschaft Konstanz in 1989 as a Service and Quality Manager. In 1994, they became a Sales Manager at CGK Computer Gesellschaft Konstanz, a role they held until 2000. From 2000 to 2007, Turhan worked as a Sales Manager at Oce Document Technologies. Turhan then moved on to Open Text Document Technologies, where they held the position of Sales Manager from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at GMC Software Technology as a Sales Manager. Turhan then joined Quadient in 2017 as a Sales Manager, a role they held until 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they also worked as a Partner and Sales Manager at Dtech Software & Technologies. In 2020, Turhan became a Product and Partner Manager at Trendcommerce Group, where they gained experience in international sales, partner management, and business development in enterprise-level software and services. Currently, they serve as the Alliance & Sales Director at Crawford Technologies, starting in 2021.

Turhan Oruc has completed the Advanced MEDDPICC degree at MEDDIC Academy.
