Rajesh Kaphle is a Transportation Engineer at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. since July 2020, previously serving as an Engineer in Training at CONSOR Engineers from July 2018 to July 2020. Rajesh's academic background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Pashchimanchal Campus. While at The University of Texas, Rajesh conducted a master's thesis focused on improving the thermal properties of asphalt pavement to mitigate urban heat island effects and also contributed as a Student Reader/Grader. Rajesh's early career involved critical work as a Surveyor for the Central Bureau of Statistics in Nepal, assessing earthquake damage, and as a Civil Engineer with HERD International, working on damage risk management in earthquake-affected regions.
