Victoria Hanson currently serves as the Director of Sales for National TPA at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. since January 2022 and also holds a position as a Director on the Board of Directors for West Haldimand General Hospital, chairing the Finance Committee. Victoria has been involved with the Insurance Institute of Canada as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Niagara Chapter, serving as Chair from 2019 to 2023. As co-owner of Smout's Garage and Auto Sales since 2008, Victoria has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having held multiple roles at Crawford & Company, including Key Account Manager and National Account Executive. Victoria's educational background includes various degrees and diplomas in areas such as Insurance, Disability Management, Risk Management, and Human Resources Management from institutions like McMaster University, Mohawk College, and Western University.
