Ryan Fletcher has extensive work experience in technical operations and information technology roles. Ryan is currently the Head of Technical Operations at MOOD, starting in January 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at CRATE Media Group starting in April 2019. From January 2017 to January 2021, Ryan was the Head of Information Technology at Boxing Social. Ryan also worked as a Technical Account Manager at Chalk Global from September 2015 to March 2019. Earlier in their career, Ryan served as a Database Manager & Web Developer at IndiCater Ltd, starting in December 2012 and ending in July 2014. Ryan also held positions as 2nd Line Support, focusing on emails, tickets, and calls, and 1st Line Support, handling ticketing system and email inquiries, from 2011 to 2012.

Ryan Fletcher attended Holmer Green Senior School from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they did not pursue a degree or focus on any particular field of study. In 2012, Ryan briefly attended Zenos Academy in High Wycombe, where they obtained two Diploma's in IT Competence.
