Tracy Egerman is an experienced Account Executive at Craneware since January 2020, specializing in account management and customer relationships during the renewal process. Previously, Tracy served as a Paraprofessional at Sycamore School District from August 2006 to December 2019, where responsibilities included teaching reading and math to small groups, managing the library, and improving lunchroom procedures. Earlier roles include Interim Aquatics Manager and Swim Teacher at Kishwaukee Family YMCA, where lessons were provided for all ages, and scheduling and customer management were key duties. Tracy also held several positions at Micro Solutions from 1992 to 2001, encompassing inside sales, account management, and purchasing assistance.
