Jainam Shah (M.Eng) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jainam began their career at SUSMATEX MACHINERY in 2015, working as a Product Engineer focused on Quality and Operations. During this time, Jainam collaborated with supervisors and operators to identify and address inefficiencies, conducted investigations into complaints and suggestions, and prepared engineering analyses and evaluations to propose changes for improvement.

In 2020, Jainam joined CenterLine (Windsor) Limited as a Process Engineer (Coop). Jainam was responsible for redesigning an assembly cell of a robotic welding machine, implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Jainam successfully reduced waste and costs by approximately $300,000 through root cause analysis, lean principles, and the implementation of new assembly methods. Jainam also used SOLIDWORKS 3D parametric software to redesign the assembly workstation, resulting in an 18% increase in total process efficiency.
