Kurt Gallo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kurt started their career in 1989 as the Director of Sales and Marketing at American Power Conversion. Kurt later worked at APC as the Director of the Retail Customer Unit from 1995 to 1998. Kurt then joined Danaher Corporation, where they served as the President of Jennings Technology from 1998 to 2001, President of Danaher Power Solutions from 2001 to 2005, and President of Pelton & Crane from an unspecified period until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they held the CEO/President position at Glacier Bay. Kurt then joined Crane Payment Solutions as President from 2008 to 2014, and later became the President of Crane Payment Innovations from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they hold the title of Senior Vice President at Crane Company since 2019. Additionally, they will assume the role of Senior Vice President at Crane NXT starting in 2023.
Kurt Gallo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Chicago, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1987, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan. Kurt also obtained additional certifications, including PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute in 2021 and Foundations from Pragmatic Institute in 2020.
