Sherri Kirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, quality assurance, and analytical sciences within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Crane Composites since December 2020, Sherri leads a technical team focused on developing innovative composites for recreational vehicles, building products, and transportation, while also managing performance and compensation for direct reports. Prior roles include Laboratory Manager at Italmatch Chemicals Spa, where Sherri oversaw QA/QC and customer technical services, and various positions at Elevance Renewable Sciences, Inc., including Quality Management and Research Chemist, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance for commercialized products and process development of novel solvent products. Sherri's career began as an Analytical Scientist at Insys Therapeutics, Inc., focusing on method development and formulation of drug products. Sherri holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Illinois State University.
