Nicholas Klinedinst has extensive experience in plant and production management, currently serving as Plant Manager and Production Manager at Crane Composites since May 2014. In this role, Nicholas directs operations for a high-volume fiberglass reinforced plastic manufacturer, overseeing a team that includes four supervisors and one engineer in charge of a production workforce of 60 employees. Prior to this, Nicholas worked at Iofina Chemical Inc. as Assistant Production Manager from August 2008 to May 2014, where leadership was provided during a significant growth period, involving the development of operating strategies and management of plant operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Area Manager at Amazon.com, where operations were managed for a high-volume retail environment. Nicholas holds an Executive Scholar Certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s in Business Administration from Thomas More University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
