Neil Crebbe is an accomplished manufacturing and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Crane Composites since February 2019, responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and performance within the manufacturing plant. Previously, Neil held the positions of QEHS Director N. America and Director of Production at HOERBIGER, overseeing quality and safety across multiple service branches. Prior experience includes roles at Cook Compression, Pall Corporation, Rexnord, and GlasCraft, emphasizing lean manufacturing, process improvement, and engineering management. Neil's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a degree in Operations Management from Caltech, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
