Doris Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Doris currently serves as the Head of Finance at Craize Snacks since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Vie Management as an Accountant/Financial Reporting Manager from June 2020 to April 2023. Doris also briefly worked at Robert Half as a Salaried Professional Services consultant from February 2020 to June 2020.

In 2017, Doris founded their own company, D Rivera Consulting LLC, where they worked as a Management Consultant specializing in accounting and operations from July 2017 to December 2017.

Before starting their consulting career, Doris held various roles at KIND, a food manufacturing company. Doris worked as an Accounting and Treasury Consultant from February 2016 to June 2016, where they collaborated on special projects such as IRS audits and financial audits. Doris then served as the Treasurer (VP) from January 2014 to June 2016, overseeing corporate cash management, banking relationships, and tax projects. Prior to that, they worked as the Controller (VP) from January 2009 to January 2014, managing accounting, treasury, and finance activities, as well as leading the implementation of an ERP system.

Doris began their career at PeaceWorks Holdings LLC, which later became KIND. Doris worked as the Director of Operations from June 2002 to December 2008, where they played a key role in directing administrative, operational, and accounting activities. Prior to that, they worked as the AR Manager from January 2001 to June 2002.

Overall, Doris Rivera has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and operations, with a proven track record in leading teams, implementing ERP systems, and managing financial activities for various organizations.

Doris Rivera obtained a Master's Degree (MS) in Accounting from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting at Queens College. In terms of additional certifications, Doris has obtained the following: a Certificate of Completion in Improving Your Project Management Skills from the American Management Association in February 2015, a Certified Professional in Business Process Management from Villanova University in December 2016, and a certification in Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera in December 2017.
