Armenia Bermudez has over 17 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working at Craize Snacks as a Trade Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Rana Furniture as a Marketing Coordinator, where they coordinated all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, supervised and approved advertising schedules, monitored and reported marketing activity, and delivered marketing activity within the agreed budget. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at HJ Heinz in various roles, including Product Manager and Assistant Brand Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic thinking and planning of Brand activities, designed and implemented consumer promotions, worked with multifunctional teams in the development and launch of new products, and managed media activities. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at CEMEX in roles such as Commercial Coordinator and Trainee. In 2004, they worked at Banco de Venezuela as a Cash Management Analyst. In 2003, they completed an internship at GSK, where they designed, implemented and evaluated a pilot plan to lower marketing costs of four brands of pharmaceutical products.

Armenia Bermudez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) between 1998 and 2004. Armenia then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the same institution between 2006 and 2010.
