Mike conducts research around communication effectiveness and strategic alignment across a variety of clients within CRA’s Research Practice. He focuses his research on how leaders can improve communication, the proper communication channels for strategic messages, and how employees respond to change initiatives.
Mike graduated from Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College, where he studied political science and economics. At Penn State, Mike examined the link between campaign finance and the Tea Party’s success during the 2010 primaries and interned at the International Center for the Study of Terrorism.
