Hailey Rogers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and member services. Currently serving as a Benefits Administrator and previously a Member Service Representative at Craighead Electric Cooperative since July 2017, Hailey also holds a position in Human Resource Shared Services at Diamond State Networks since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Specialist and Payroll Specialist at Express Employment Professionals of NEA from May 2016 to June 2017. Hailey Rogers earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business, Communication, and Health, along with a Minor in Leadership Studies from Arkansas State University.
