He spent his childhood in Indonesia and the United States, and studied abroad at McGill University in Canada when he was enrolled in the Faculty of International Liberal Arts, Waseda University. After graduating, he joined Mitsubishi Corporation as a new graduate and engaged in the LNG carrier business, which imports shale gas from the United States into Japan for four years. In May 2016, he founded a private lodging company as a side business and expanded his business nationwide. After that, he set the theme of his life to "continue to develop businesses that contribute to the progress of humankind" and retired from Mitsubishi Corporation in April 2018, and in May 2018 he founded Icaria Inc. With the mission of ending the war with cancer, he aims to reform cancer medicine through comprehensive analysis of biomolecules.
In 2021, he was selected by Forbes Asia as one of Asia's leading "under 30".
