Allison Patrick has had multiple roles over the years, starting in 2011 as a Program Director of Community Based Services at NDUTIME Youth & Family Services, Inc. Here, they provided direct oversight to community-based services for youth and offered supervision to a team of staff working in the field. In 2016, they started working at Rocky Mountain Communities as a Resident Services Director, where they oversaw the Resident Services department that provided programs and services to over 2,000 low-income, multicultural, multi-generational residents across Colorado. Allison provided hands-on learning and solution-focused supervision to on-site staff. Then, in 2021, Allison worked at Revolution Foods as a Client Project Manager from March 2021 to October 2022 before moving on to Crafty in June 2023 as a Client Operations Manager.
Allison Patrick completed their undergraduate degree in Sociology at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Masters in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. No degree name was specified during their time at Virginia Commonwealth University.
