Randy Wade currently serves as a Water Resources Engineer at Craftwater Engineering since September 2023 and has been involved at Colorado School of Mines as a Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Graduate Student from August 2021 to the present. Previously, Randy worked at Hope College from August 2016 to June 2021 in various roles, including Field Supervisor, Laboratory Director/Research Associate, and Teaching Assistant for several geology courses. Randy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Hydrologic Science and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Hope College (2012-2016). Additionally, experiences include participation in sustainability initiatives and field research during undergraduate studies.
