Peter Hemelaar has extensive experience in consultancy and management within software and organizational processes. Since July 2021, Peter has served as Teamlead Servicedesk and Senior Consultant at Craftview Software GmbH. Prior to this, Peter held the position of Manager Support & Opleidingen and Senior Consultant at Gilde Software from January 2007, focusing on process improvement for servicedesk operations and innovating training programs. Between January 2005 and July 2007, Peter worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Coordinator at Fi Consult, following independent entrepreneurial ventures in web-based software. Earlier career highlights include roles as Senior Consultant at KPD Groep and project-based RI&E Functionaris at Jan Snel Bouwbedrijf and De Nijborg. Peter's career began as an Allround Officemanager & Magazijnbeheerder at Ploeg Overberg, where responsibilities included implementing quality certification processes and project management. Educational qualifications include a degree from Utrecht University in Chemistry and higher managerial training from ISBW Opleiding & Training, along with specialization from the Koninklijk Instituut voor het Kunstpatrimonium.
