Kris Ivanov has worked in the IT field since 1997. Kris began their career as a Medical Service Journeyman in the United States Air Force, where they were responsible for taking care of patients, scheduling, nursing tasks, and providing PC education and network troubleshooting. In 2002, they moved on to become a Software Engineer at Verizon, where they were responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications. In 2008, they became a Web Application Developer at MDI Achieve, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying core web applications using the ASP.NET framework. In 2009, they joined Pilgrim Software as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and testing enterprise level software applications. In 2010, they started their own company, Ivanov Tech Consulting, LLC, where they provided technology consulting and coaching, and specialized in dependable web application design and development solutions. Finally, in 2013, they became President/CTO of CraftTek Consulting Inc., where they provided agile design, development, and integration of business solutions.

Kris Ivanov received their MBA from the University of Florida between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Florida between 2002 and 2003.
