Jeff Petruso has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as Manager of Customer Experience and Satisfaction for Craftsmen Industries, Inc. Previously, they worked for AB InBev from 2000 to 2021 in various roles. Jeff'sroles included Manager of Customer Connections and Insights, Manager of Projects, Research Analyst, Program Manager of Quality and Service Excellence and Manager of Operations. In each role, they were responsible for managing teams and processes, providing reports and insights, and ensuring quality and service excellence. Jeff also implemented brand strategies and created resource models to forecast staffing needs.
Jeff Petruso earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Fontbonne University in 1994. Two years later, they returned to Fontbonne University and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2006.
