Masha Abramovitz has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Masha then worked as a Research Consultant at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) from 2011 to 2013. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Doctoral Fellow and Laboratory Instructor at American University while also working as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University from 2012 to 2014.
In 2015, Masha joined Epsilon, where they held the positions of Senior Analyst, Analytic Operations - Media Analytics until 2017, and later became an Associate Director, Analytic Operations - Media Analytics until 2019. During their time at Epsilon, they developed and managed complex projects, designed and troubleshooted predictive models, and trained and led junior members.
Since November 2019, Masha has been working at CraftJack as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics, leading data, analytics, and reporting for the organization. Their responsibilities include data strategy, data-driven decision making across departments, and team management.
Masha Abramovitz pursued their education in a sequential order. Masha first attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology. Following this, they enrolled at American University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Behavioral Neuroscience.
