Andrew Whitcomb serves as the Chef De Cuisine at Crafted Hospitality since February 2020, overseeing the culinary direction of Tom Colicchio’s renowned flagship restaurant in Union Square. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions as Chef De Cuisine at North Fork Table & Inn and Petit Crenn, and as Executive Chef at Sister City, Meyers, and Colonie, gaining expertise in high-volume operations and diverse culinary styles. Andrew's extensive experience emphasizes a focus on locally sourced ingredients and collaborative menu development, complemented by a culinary education from The Culinary Institute of America.
