Stephanie Hirche has been in the banking and finance industry since 2006. Stephanie began their career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, followed by a role as a Private Banker at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2008. Stephanie then moved to Wells Fargo, where they served as a Financial Analyst until 2016. In 2016, they joined Banner Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. Stephanie is currently the Vice President, Business Lender at Craft3, a position they have held since 2018.

Stephanie Hirche obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Oregon University between 2002 and 2006. Stephanie also studied International Finance at Hochschule Harz between 2004 and 2005, earning their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
