Param (Pj) Lamba is an accomplished entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, product management, and operational excellence. As Co-Founder and CEO of ServizHub since May 2021, Param has been instrumental in creating an ecosystem that empowers businesses and enhances customer service experiences through innovative digital solutions. Additionally, as the Founder of SATH, Param contributes to community development by establishing a scholarship program for students. With a strong background in product leadership and agile methodologies, demonstrated through roles at Matrix Flavours and Fragrances, Cialfo, and various previous positions, Param continues to mentor aspiring product managers while focusing on delivering impactful strategies within the technology sector. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Panjab University and a diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing.
