Catherine Gonzalez, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Catherine started their career in 2008 as a Swim Instructor at World Gym and also worked as a Lifeguard at Seton Hall University from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, Catherine had an opportunity to be an Archival Intern at the Msgr. William Noé Field Archives & Special Collections Center, where they curated a collection for Msgr. James F. Kelley. Catherine then joined the Liberty Science Center in 2011 as a Corporate Relations Intern before transitioning to the Cradle of Aviation Museum. At the Cradle of Aviation Museum, Catherine served as an Education Coordinator from 2011 to 2014 and later became the Director of Education. Throughout their career, Catherine has gained valuable experience in education, corporate relations, and archival work.
Catherine Gonzalez, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Seton Hall University. Catherine attended the university from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, Catherine has obtained certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera in June 2020 and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2021.
