Chelsea H. has extensive experience in development, volunteer services, and hospitality, currently serving as the Development Director: Operations at Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America, where significant fundraising efforts have been made, along with organizing and supporting special events. Chelsea also works as an Axe Pro at The Ginger Brands, ensuring guest safety and enhancing customer experiences. Previous roles include Volunteer Services Assistant at Bethesda Project, Receptionist at Apple Hostels, and Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC, where leadership and project management skills were developed. Chelsea attained a Bachelor's of Science in Human Centered Design and a Minor in Computer Information Systems from Northern Michigan University.
