Matthew Stalker has extensive experience in organizational development and management within the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development at Cracker Barrel since August 2007. In this role, Matthew has developed and implemented performance management and succession tools, achieving over $400K in cost savings. Previous positions include Sr. Organizational Development Specialist and Senior Management Development Specialist at Cracker Barrel, where Matthew contributed significantly to training materials and leadership development programs. Prior experience encompasses managerial roles at California Pizza Kitchen and Red Robin, where Matthew oversaw training initiatives and operational management.
