Carol Byrne began their work experience as a Circulation Marketing Director at McGraw-Hill in 1995, where they oversaw marketing activities for Aviation Week Group publications and managed sales channel marketing strategies. Carol then transitioned to Dash Data & Marketing in 2000, taking on the role of Database Advisor and Creative Consultant. In this position, they utilized data analytics to identify prospect segments and developed tactical marketing strategies to increase revenue. In 2010, Carol joined FICO as a Senior Director of Product Marketing, where they directed global product marketing and leadership for the Credit Risk Life Cycle product line. Carol conducted market research, created buyer personas, and developed acquisition and retention strategies for various markets. Most recently, Carol joined C&R Software in 2021 as their VP of Marketing, although their tenure there is ongoing.
Carol Byrne received a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Ohio University.
