Brandon L. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, training, and legal support. Currently serving as the Operations & Training Manager at CRMG since September 2021, Brandon oversees training for over 500 staff and focuses on policy development and implementation. Previous roles include paralegal positions at Greenspoon Marder LLP and Bittner & Hahs, PC, specializing in landlord/tenant law and fair housing issues. Brandon also has experience as a product coordinator at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, managing product reorganization, and has held various administrative and legal support roles in organizations such as Pacific Center and Chiron Corporation. Brandon holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts from Berkeley City College.
