John Kalusa is currently the Director of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition at CR&R Incorporated, a waste and recycling collection company serving millions of people and businesses in Southern California and other states. Prior to this role, John held various executive recruiting positions at companies such as San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, Profisee, and Genuine Parts Company/NAPA Auto Parts. John also has a background in the US Navy as a Naval Aircrewman, Flight Instructor, and Rescue Swimmer. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honors from DePaul University.
